【Return Instructions】

• If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt (based on the delivery receipt).
  Returns requested after the 7-day cooling-off period will not be accepted.

Returned items must remain in original condition, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with no stains, marks, or traces of cosmetics, and must not affect secondary sales.
The original packaging (including shoe box or polybag) must be intact. Please do not attach tape, shipping labels, or invoices directly onto the product packaging. Instead, place it inside another box or bag for return.
All accessories, manuals, hang tags, and labels must be included.

★ Please ensure all returned items are in brand-new condition and fully packaged (including the product, box, accessories, and tags).
★ All returned products will undergo an inspection before the refund process can proceed.
★ For footwear, the shoe box is considered part of the product, and both shoes and box must be returned together.
★ We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above conditions and to return the package to the customer.
【Return shipping fees in such cases will be borne by the customer.】

• Once your return request is confirmed, we will arrange Logistics to collect the package. Please keep your phone available for contact.
  If the courier is unable to collect the item after two attempts, you must ship the return at your own expense within the 7-day period.
  Returns will not be accepted after the cooling-off period.
• After Cariuma receives and confirms that the product and packaging are intact and complete, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  For Cash on Delivery orders, please provide your refund information when returning the product.
  Incomplete refund information may delay processing time.

※ Payments are based on the purchase date and amount.
Therefore, if product prices change due to promotions, campaigns, or limited-time offers after payment, the original purchase price will apply.
No additional charges or refunds will be made for price differences.

✤ Cariuma reserves the right of final interpretation and decision regarding all promotional events and return/exchange policies.

✤ If a return causes your total order amount to fall below the gift-with-purchase threshold, please return the free gift as well.
If you wish to keep the gift, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
